Pretty semi-detached house of 110m2 sea view, 500m walk from the beach and bakery. In the area of Menton Garavan, close to the Italian border. House for 6 people (2 closed bedrooms and 1 open).
Less than 2km from the port of Garavan, with supermarket and restaurants.
A parking space is included with the house (right in front).

Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. 2 bathrooms with toilet, 1 of which is en-suite to the bedroom with the two single beds. Kitchen open to the living - dining area which opens onto the outdoor terrace and offers a breathtaking 180° view of Italy at Cap Martin.
The entire property is air-conditioned.

This home was the perfect end to our vacation. The house is wonderful with amazing views. It is well outfitted. The third bedroom does not have a door but is perfect for children. The property manager was very helpful and provided great recommendations. Only 15 minutes to Monte Carlo and Menton is a wonderful town.
