We absolutely adore our home in Prominence, and we’re confident you will too! Located just steps away from The Big Chill, a lively open-air venue offering restaurants, boutique shopping, and family-friendly events, there’s always something to enjoy. For a change of scenery, take a short drive or bike ride to the charming towns of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, or Seaside! Or, just relax at one of Prominence’s two sparkling resort-style pools, perfect for soaking up the Florida sun.
FIRST FLOOR:
Living room - two full size couches, tv, game cabinet (puzzles and games), two additional chairs
Dining room - farmhouse table seats eight
Kitchen - large island with seating, stainless steel appliances, pantry closet, basic spices & condiments, cleaning spray, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee maker + Keurig, toaster oven + toaster, fully stocked glassware, plasticware, pots/pans, flatware, blender
Outdoor deck – table + four chairs, two addn’l chairs with table, one Adirondack.
