Fantastic stay!

We were very pleased with our stay at Baron Apartments! The room, bathroom, and balcony were all surprisingly spacious, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the building; it costs €5 per day and is worth every euro. We were a bit concerned after reading about the many stairs leading to the beach, but it honestly wasn’t bad at all. There are three beautiful beaches within a 20-minute walk from the apartment, and if you take the route through the park, the walk itself is gorgeous.

Disappointing

Warning - where I was put, the walls were so thin even a cough or yawn was clearly heard from above, where the owners live - not to mention loud noises from moving furniture after 10 pm and early in the morning... I found it ironic and quite saddening that regardless of the above, this business specifically asks for silence from guests after 10 pm... Also, mold everywhere, stained towels, linen - and the list goes on. Even the fridge is so ill fitted that it is overheating the kitchen counter, so I could not leave any kind of food on it - and had to wear makeshift earplugs to lessen its noise every night.

Beatiful sea view

It's a very nice, comfortable place, and we had everything we needed for a great time. There's a large kitchenette with basic appliances. There's a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. I recommend booking parking for €5/day, as spaces are very limited.

Nice views but needs updating!

The best thing about the apartment was the balcony - amazing views, especially at sunset. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was generous in size, it didn’t feel cramped at all. It’s very close the mini-market, and beach (about a minute to the market and 5 minutes to the beach). It’s also opposite the main road which makes it super easy to grab the buses into Budva etc or get taxis. The family who run the place are also very nice and they have beach umbrellas that you can borrow for the beach!

There was only one air conditioning unit that was located in the kitchen - it was super outdated and we couldn’t reduce the temperature below 23°. This meant the bedrooms got super hot during the night. The shower basin was cracked and leaked. The fridge also leaked during our stay. The wi-fi was super, super slow and disconnected all the time. The cooking utensils were very worn and a bit dirty and there was no space next to the sink to dry dishes. I also noticed there was no fire alarm system in the building which was concerning. The apartment was quite outdated in style, which i didn’t mind but I do think the place needs updating in terms of appliances as they are just not fit to standard anymore.

The owners and staff are friendly, communicative and will take care of your extra request so that you feel comfortable. The apartment was clean, new both inside and outside and around the building. Pleasant terrace for breakfast and morning coffee or in the evening for a glass of wine with a view of the sea. Parking during the stay was available free of charge. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Not really an issue for me, but in order to get to the sea there are a lot of steep stairs. You need to be pretty fit and able bodied for those. Just FYI.

Spacious apartment with beautiful views of the sea

Would definitely recommend the Baron Apartments. The hotel is easily accessible from the main road. The views of the sea are absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was very clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The hotel is located about a five minute walk (down the stairs) to the pebble beach. The island of Sveti Stefan is also within walking distance. Taxis are available to get to the neighbouring cities of Budva and Becici.

We enjoyed very much our stay in the two bedroom apartment with a very nice view on Sveti Stefan from our balcony. We particularly appreciated the help and kindness of our maid. We plan to go back in september around the 15th, hopefully in the same unit

Amazing view

- free car parking space just across the street. (Even though it says 5 euro a day we were said it's hotel parking and we don't have to pay). - amazing view from the balcony (apartment no. 7). That's why we really decided to stay there. - overall cleanliness - safe for documents and money in the wall - kitchen with enough kitchenware - air-conditioning - elegant and comfy chairs on the balcony - nice hosts - close to the beaches (strong legs are required as there are noa few steps to get down there and back up to the apartment)

- smell in the toilet, something wrong with the siphon I guess - bright white and strong led lights which were blinking at night every couple of seconds - water was leaking on the floor from the shower cabin All above are minor inconveniences.
