We felt very good in this apartment! I highly recommend it!

: A clean, very nicely furnished and well-equipped apartment, very well located, with with a stunning view of Sveti Stefan Island and very kind hosts. There is no parking at the property. However, the owners guided us to the free public parking areas where we were able to park once a spot became available. We didn’t leave with the car afterwards as it’s hard to find available parking spaces. We used the bus station that is very close and buses to other resorts run frequently. I would gladly return!

Only a suggestion, it would be useful to have in the kitchen salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar.

Nice view, old apartment

The view from the balcony is very nice and fully representing the experience of Sveti Stefan. The ladie that open the door could barely speek English but was willing to give is some tips and suggestions for the bars, restaurants around the place.

I called the contract number before arrival but no answer at all, eventhough the check in time was according to what i had informed prior. The reason of the call was important to arrange the parking spot, as you might know parking in sveti Stefan is a challenge. Luckily i found a spot right in front of the place which is a rare thing in that location. The apartment was clean, but full of furniture, little bit old, seemed like an house used before. The balcony that has an amazing view unfortunately couldn't be use from us as they were 3 lizards in the walls. The 4 was right entering the house, but missed it.

Lovely small place with the best views in the village

Fantastic views from this lovely small apartment hotel. Well equipped and comfortable and even provided an umbrella and cushions for the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff .

Stunning view and lovely hospitality

The view from the balcony over Sveti Stefan is absolutely breathtaking. The hosts helped us with parking and gave great local tips on where to shop, eat, and swim. The apartment is well equipped and had everything we needed.

They don’t really speak English – but if you know a few words in the local language, it’s no problem at all. The lady is very kind and welcoming!

Great view!

The view was amazing even from our corner apartment. Kitchen was well equipped with espresso maker. Walk to beach was easy for fit people with no small children. Bedrooms were very clean.

1. Very strong lobby odors, maybe a mix of cigars, over powering air freshener and cooking odors? 2. I am sure it is a lot to keep up with in the busy season, but room needs deep clean, walls, corners, cabinet handles , microwave door (I swept on arrival after discovering hair on the bathroom floor.). 3. Parking in high season is a free for all. We arrived in the afternoon and drove up and down the highway waiting for a spot in a dirt lot/pull out. You must be comfortable leaving your car on the side of the highway for the night. That being said, our car was fine after 3 days.

Beautiful view

The view from the room was truly amazing. The host was super nice as well and was there anytime we needed something. It’s also really close to the beach. The bed was also very comfortable.

Maybe a private parking would’ve been nice but besides that we didn’t have anything to complain about, there was a public parking not that far away

Excellent view. One of the best in the country. Exceptionally clean and very spacious. Would happily stay longer than the 3 nights we had.

Parking can be an issue, but hosts were excellent at sorting a space out (there is no private parking onsite). It’s up a hill which didn’t bother us at all but some might need to bear this in mind.

Great apartment with a truly stunning view from the balcony.

Great little apartment for what we needed and wow what a view indeed! Owners live in the building and were very helpful when we needed them. Everything was spotlessly clean. Beach mats and umbrella very useful. Aircon worked well (a bit noisy but this was expected - just wear earplugs and it’s fine). We found a free parking spot just across the road.

Nothing we didn’t like, but just be aware that to get ‘that view’ it’s at the top of the hill and a lot of steps from the beach. Good exercise! As mentioned bring earplugs to sleep with the aircon but I’d say that about most hotel rooms. (ps. Nothing to do with the apartment, but note that Sveti Stefan beach is shingle not fine sand so we needed water shoes).

Amazing view and spacious villa

The view is simply stunning!! (the pic is from the balcony) The villa is spacious and coffee machine was extra bonus. The owner is very kind and understanding. We booked at the last minute and the owner allowed us to check in early. We walked down to the beach and had a great time.

The deco is a bit dated but it just adds to the character of the villa. we liked it!

The view from the balcony is hands down amazing and definitely worth the price. The room is cozy, with well chosen colors and proper lightning.

The shower in the bathroom is very tight, you may have issues with it if you are on a bigger side. Also, to reach the beach you have to either walk down a reasonable distance or use the car (the parking is not free near the beach).

The location is great. Sveti Stefan is a very cozy and calm place to stay, so an apartment was in a very calm neighborhood. There is a market downstairs, you can buy most of the products there. The nearest supermarket Vali is in Przno, only 15 mins by foot through the amazing beaches of King and Queen. The apartment was well equipped, there was all necessary stuff. All new. Room service - every day. Hosts are pleasant and helpfull. But the cherry on the top - is a gorgeous, amazing, fascinating view and balcony! It is worth all the money.

gorgeous views and convenient location for a stay in Sveti Stefan

Great location for Sveti Stefan. As mentioned before, the beautiful view does also mean a lot of steps to get down to the beach. The host was very helpful, even helped with laundry. The value is good. The apartment style is a little dated, but everything was very clean and the space was nice.
