Proximity to the beach (just down a few stairs), well air-conditioned and had everything we needed got our stay. Also had a dehumidifier to tackle the Summer humidity.
Needed a deep clean (under the beds etc) and could benefit from some light decoration. You have to go down two flights of steps from the car parking level so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues.

Right above the beach, wonderful view and sunsets, fully equiped in everything we needed, just amazing.
City lacks parking spots and we had to leave car on private parking 120+ steps of stairs above the apartment so we barely used it. Parking costed us additional 15€/day and it was a bargain.

The one bedroom apartment is directly on the beach with views of the sea and Sveti Stefan island, you only need to take a few steps down. The small terasse is surrounded by a lot of greenery so the outside seating stays relatively cool.
The beds vere comfortable and there is a big shower in this apartment. The apartment is best for two adults with smaller kids.
The furnite was on the older side, so the sofa unfortunately had a hole with a spring sticking out, which we couldn't sit on.
You need to walk through terasses of other apartments to get to yours from the street, but the access to the sea is separate. Basically three apartments share 2 staircases, so there is some need to walk through each other, we didn't find this bothersome, but were a little suprised by it.
