Amazing stay right on the beach in the most scenic spot

Amazing location, on the beach, in one of the most scenic spots of Montenegro, with a nice (but not very large) terrace, shadowed by a tree; good aircon, and wifi, a lot of space for 2 people (but may host 4), the host is living in the same building and she is super nice and easy. Several nice restaurants nearby, coastal walks, very clean water and not overcrowded (mid-September)

Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or a lot of heavy luggage - a lot of stairs to reach the flat from the nearest parking place. The terrase is great, but the neighbours from no. 2 may occasionally pass through your terrase on the way to their appartement (not a big deal, really).

Lovely apartment- ac fab, hot water and beautiful views

Great size apartment- with a beautiful view and direct access to the beach. Alexandra was very helpful with recommendations for activities and places to eat.

Access to the beach was down some very steep steps , which stopped then you need to climb down a bit of a slippery stone mound

Idyllic short stay

This stay was next level! Alexandra is a great host & came to meet us at a nearby hotel to guide us to the apartment. We had the green apartment, which was beautiful & well thought out for tourists. We self catered, for which the kitchen area was perfectly adequate. The patio area was glorious, we ate every meal there. The sea in August was warm enough to swim for hours & the previous guests had left inflatables that we had a lot of fun with. Sveti Stefan is stunning & small enough to explore on foot.

Gorgeous Panorama

The apartment is amazing. Spacious, comfortable and well-stocked. The rock stairs lead you directly to the beach. The building is the only one that has a lush greenery around and every apartment at the ground floor has its own garden with a gorgeous panoramic view of the beach and the Sveti Stefan Isle. Furthermore, Aleksandra is a perfect host, very kind and helpful and discreet at the same time.

There are a lot of stairs to reach the apartment from the street and no lift so you need to consider that before booking. We didn't have any problems (except our laziness :D ) but it could be a limit. The road is very narrow and there's no parking so it's important to reserve a parking space.

Great location, perfectly formed apartment, fab host.

Beautiful location; great to be able to hear the sea as we slept. The apartment was small but perfectly formed; everything we needed was there. Aleksandra is fabulous; friendly, kind and helpful. The courtyard was a private and lovely and a quick swim in the sea was literally steps away. Buses are close by and there is a well stocked shop just a few minutes walk away.

Some of the fixtures and fittings were a bit wibbly; everything worked but sometimes felt a tiny but precarious. There are a lot of steps and parking is really hard (and expensive) but that is an issue with Sveti Stefan rather than the apartment.

It was amazing

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect — on the beach and close to shops, restaurants. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to our questions. The apartment also had a beautiful view of Sveti Stefan and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The sea was crystal clear and perfect for swimming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great location. Wonderful beach. Amazing views. Very king welcome from helpful host (property keeper). Great apartment overlooking Sveti Stefan with private beautiful beach and only 50 meters away from a very good restaurant (Amadeus) that also delivers to the room.

Air conditioning only in the kitchen and living room, not in the sleeping quarters which meant AC had to remain full on 24 hours and room doors open throughout the night. Many stairs to go to the car park and to the beach. Car parking at the end of the street with manual gate - not very convenient.

Amazing location!

Really (REALLY) nice location! Just a few steps away from the pebble-beach, and an amazing view from the terrasse towards Sveti Stefan. The apartment was nice and clean, and the host was helpfull. It was a little difficult to find at first entering the city. Be prepared for a fair amount of stairs.

Perfect place!

The property is located right in front of the sea with direct access to the beach. Andrej and Aleksandra waited for us outside to help us with parking and with our stuff. She also recommended a few places to dine out and made a reservation for us

Exceptional

I've travelled to Montenegro plenty of times with my family (both of my parents are from there) and this had to be the best apartment we have stayed ever stayed at. Everything (iron, washer/dryer, fridge, etc) was there. The apartment (super clean!) is right on the beach. My father had a difficult time finding a place to exchange money since the bank at Sveti Stefan is closed, but the owners told my father not to worry about it and accepted payment the last day that we stayed (we stayed there a total of 8 nights). We were really appreciative of that.

Very good

The location was quite perfect, but if you are coming here by car expect to pay a fortune for parking (10 EUR/day). Our host was really kind and got us a third sunbed, so we didn't have to pay for it.

The beach was really rocky (not just pebbles) and (is everything in Montenegro) really really expensive. Parking fee :/

Чудове помешкання, локація та власниця

Все було чудово. Олександра дуже приємна і турботлива господиня. Помешкання знаходиться прямо на березі, з власного саду ми одразу потрапляли по стежці і сходам на пляж. У пішій доступності багато пляжів навколо, ресторан, магазин. В кімнаті було чисто та багато дрібничок, які роблять ваше перебування зручним. Також Олександра порадила нам гарне таксі, котре можна замовити онлайн. Ми залишились задоволені та плануємо у майбутньому відвідати це місце ще раз. Власниці всього найкращого та процвітання справі, бо в неї вкладено дуже багато її сил.

דירה מפנקת מאוד עם מרפסת שצופה לשקיעות מושלמות. הדירה מודרנית ומרווחת ומתאימה למשפחה. המארחת היתה ממש נחמדה ושירותית ונתנה לנו המלצות מעולות. ממש מתחת לבנין נמצא החוף של סווטי סטפן.

יש יחסית הרבה מדרגות אבל נראה שזה כך בכל העיירה הזאת, כמו כן החניה לא צמודה לבנין.

Manzara çok iyi. Daire ve balkon oldukça büyük ve konforlu. Günbatımı güzel. Daire sahibi Alexandra oldukça ilgili ve yardımcı oluyor.

Önündeki deniz biraz dalgalı 5 dk yürüyerek adaya yakın bölümlerden denize girmek daha rahat.

Lokalizacja, bardzo miła obsługa, dobrze wyposażony apartament :Lodówka zamrażarka zmywarka pralka piekarnik. jezeli chcesz to z restauracji Amadeus która jest obok apartamentu przyniosą ci pyszne jedzenie bez wychodzenia z apartamentu. Market w pobliżu p owdrapaniu się po schodach ale to uroki Sveti Stefan. Kilka schodków w dół i jesteś na plaży. Jeżeli czego potrzebujecie ( więcej papieru toaletowego 😁 lub posprzątania to zgłoś to przemiłej Pani Aleksandra a ona ci to zalatwi). Na miejscu ręczniki plażowe.

Ciężko znaleźć darmowy parking ale to bolączka całego Sveti Stefan. Nam się udało zaparkować za free na Mitrovic street

Petit appartement fonctionnel à deux pas de la mer

Petit appartement bien situé à Sveti Stefan, idéal pour un court séjour à deux. Il se trouve à quelques pas d’une crique de galets, avec une vue partielle sur la mer depuis la terrasse. L’intérieur est compact mais suffisant, propre dans l’ensemble, avec une cuisine bien équipée. Il y avait même de l’huile, du sel et du poivre, ce qui est très pratique quand on arrive en avion. En cadeau de bienvenue, nous avons eu droit à une bouteille de vin et du chocolat — un geste que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Le stationnement dans la rue est impossible, donc la place de parking proposée par la propriétaire (30 € par jour) est en réalité indispensable. Le prix reste un peu élevé pour un terrain en terre battue, mais au moins la voiture est en sécurité. En revanche, plusieurs points à améliorer : nous avons mis plus de 20 minutes à trouver le logement, faute de panneau ou d’indication. L’accès se fait uniquement à pied, avec de nombreux escaliers raides — à éviter avec des valises lourdes ou en cas de mobilité réduite. À notre arrivée, nous avons malheureusement constaté que les toilettes n’avaient pas été nettoyées correctement (présence de traces visibles), ce qui nous a un peu dégoûtés. Et au moment de quitter les lieux à 10h, nous avons réveillé la propriétaire — ce qui nous a mis un peu mal à l’aise malgré sa gentillesse.
