The Desert Rose is a 4-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home that comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Perfect for game nights and relaxing w/ loved ones. Central to 5 different spring training stadiums!! 15-minute drive to the Cardinals Stadium and entertainment, and a 25-min drive from PHX Sky Harbor Airport.
Amenities: 4 smart TVs, heated pool (additional fees apply), hot tub/spa, 2 arcade games, Xbox, pool table, outdoor beehive fireplace, built-in BBQ with plenty of seating for everyone, two-car garage.

State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only- it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.
📷 SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of guests and the property, we have a doorbell camera and cameras on the exterior sides of the home facing the gates. There are no cameras inside the home.
✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed. Access will not be provided without successful completion.
As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Pre-arrival Form
The ID must match the primary guest's name on the reservation.
⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under the cancellation policy).

Perfect for what we needed. Temperature reached 100 so the pool was very comfortable. Beds are very very comfortable. Great for families.

Desert Rose was good, not great. The location was fantastic. The backyard was almost impossible to enjoy because of the constant leaves dropping into the pool and the blossoms from the tree above the outdoor dining area and fireplace. It’s not their fault I understand but March may not be a good month for the spring blossoms.I would also recommend keeping a swifter or some type of utensil to mop the floors. Sweeping was fine but the kitchen floor was a mess after dinners and coming inside from the backyard. I cleaned it by hand so we didn’t track dirt around the house.

The home is tastefully decorated making it feel like home. It was also very clean. We were visiting for Spring Training and the home is very close to the muktiple training facilities and stadiums. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need to cook your own meals. There are a few basic seasonings but no other condiments so plan accordingly. The outdoor space is designed great to utilize the available space with the pool and outdoor kitchen/fire place/seating connected (we grilled every day and wished there was a light at the grill). The host provided a good supply of bathroom necessities including body wash, lotion, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and tissue (which we typically never get in a rental home). Same for kitchen supplies including paper towels, soap, and lotion. There is shopping for everything you need very near by including a grocery store less than 1/2 mile. The house is convenient to the freeway allowing you to commute anywhere in Phoenix including to and from the airport. Thank you for being a great host. We would stay here again.
