🔥Propane Grill and Fire Pit
The Property includes a propane grill and a fire pit. They must be operated responsibly and attended to at all times during use. Turn off when not in use and close the propane valve.

🔥Indoor Gas Fireplace
The property includes an indoor gas fireplace for guest use. The fireplace operates on a timer and has a 15-second delay before ignition. The fireplace is gas only. Do not touch, adjust, remove, or place any items inside the fireplace. Burning wood, paper, or any other materials is strictly prohibited. Do not use the fireplace for cooking.

💦 Pool Information
The pool is available for guest use and can be heated to 85 °F for $75 per day (2-day minimum; additional fees/taxes may apply).
48-hour advance notice is required if you’d like the pool heated.

For safety reasons, guests are not permitted in the pool equipment area. If you would like us to adjust the pool light settings, add pool heating, or if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist

Adult supervision is required at all times when the pool & hot tub area is accessible.
All exterior doors leading to the pool are equipped with automatic closing doors with high-level latches for safety.
