About this house rental
This gorgeous newly furnished Avondale home welcomes you the second you enter. Comfortable furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, SMART TV's, and a beautiful private backyard with sparkling HEATED pool welcome you to relax and make memories. While enjoying your vacation home check out all the local amenities that are just minutes away with easy access to the I-10 (NASCAR, Cardinal football stadium, Phoenix Zoo, all the beautiful pro and city golf courses, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, grocery stores, bowling and hiking. The neighborhood has several parks which include basketball courts, playground equipment, picnic facilities and large grassy open spaces. Just a few minutes away is the Avondale Sports Complex which includes indoor soccer, basketball and workout centers for the general public at a small fee.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 car garage to make your stay feel truly welcoming. Before stepping outside, catch a game on the big screen TV. Outside you'll find an outdoor kitchen with grill, heated pool, comfortable patio furniture, and room for hours worth of relaxing conversations. Our home has AC, heat, & ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool on those hot Arizona days, and warm when it's chilly! There is a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, 2nd bedroom with king bed, and two additional bedrooms featuring double bunks. There is more than enough room to spread out and relax after a long day of fun!
We want your vacation experience to be everything you hoped for and more! Our home is triple checked before you arrive to make sure it's safe and clean. We are available via Airbnb/VRBO messenger if issues should arise during your stay.
Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per day. Please mention if you would like this at the time you book and we can invoice it separately.
This home has a gas pool heater. Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Gas pool heaters are able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees.
Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

The house was amazing! Everything was clean and spacious, and it worked great for our group of 8 friends! The pool was amazing, it was awesome to have a grill, and the tvs had access to movies and tv shows. We had a minor issue that was our fault and the owner responded right away and helped resolved it. They were very friendly and very quick with their responses. Ultimately this was a wonderful place to stay and the perfect spot for our group!

We were in Arizona for our daughter’s wedding and had family coming in throughout the week. The house was perfect for our needs. I think overall cleanliness could have been better (admittedly my standards are HIGH). The pool was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Check in/out was a breeze and Lori was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again.
