Fully renovated Two bedrooms and Two Baths, and kitchen with brand new appliances. Linens and towels included. Free parking (parking spot available)The Condo is fully tastefully furnished and decorated. This renovated unit is made to accommodate families of up to 4 adults and one child . Have a great stay!

Some communication issues with check-in, but over all stay was great. Great view!!! There was some construction going on outside, but it was just the last 2 days and didn't interfere with sleep. The pool is amazing!!!

Great property! Property manager was very responsive and friendly. Just a short walk to the beach. The ground floor of the building has a coffee shop and convenience store. The only drawbacks are the check-in process was lengthy and the parking is a little confusing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Definitely one of the best apartments I have been in the last years. And David is for sure a "Superhost"

Apartment was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. David has a beach comber wagon and 4 beach chairs for his guests to use which came in really handy. Check in was easy (make sure you know your license plate number or have a pic of it) and parking was in a reserved spot in front of the building. There's a mini-mart grocery store on the lobby level of the building for all the food or necessities you need. Would love to stay here again!

Everything went well. We liked the place. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the money from our balcony. The only thing there was a unit to our left on the 7th floor where a bunch of young men were smoking weeds constantly from the balcony. That prevented us from spending too much time on the balcony.
