Location is in the heart of Sunny Isles and walking distance to Aventura Mall. 7 minutes by car to Bal Harbour Shops. Host was courteous and easily reachable by cell throughout my stay. She was accomodating and there are extra items for use at the beach. Beds were comfortable and sheets were fresh. Apartment was clean and in a newly renovated building with doorman, gym, large pool, and convenience store on site. Parking on site, 2 cable tvs, dishes, dining room table and ample space. This apartment is 3 times larger than any comparable hotel room and it has ocean view and a view of south Sunny Isles Beach condominiums. Childrens park is across the street and close to houses of worship.
I should have stayed longer in Miami.....There is nothing negative to say about this space. Pssst....Its underpriced.....

This Condo is amazing!!! From cleanliness, to size, to the amazing view... Looooved it!!! The host is great ... easy access at front desk... A Must Stay!!!
