Great stay, property has everything you need. Great location

Location was great for breakfast, went to IHOP, 6min by car. Loads of options for eating if you don't want to cook. Supermarkets are close by and Aventura Mall

Property could possibly do with a lick of paint. Building hallways could do with re-carpeting

Had a nice family vacation in Miami

The apartment was very spacious and stylish. The beds are very good! The rooms are big and comfortable. I loved that there are two ovens in the kitchen. We enjoyed the balcony view as we could monitor the kids while they swim and we could also see how busy the pool is.

The apartment is located in a condominium complex. The facility is clean and functional but I think it wasn’t fair to charge us extra $50 for registration, and $5 bucks per amazon package pickup. Also, I didn’t like that there are no washer and dryer in the unit. It was very inconvenient to go to different floors to find an available washer and dryer, let alone pay extra for it. The furniture in the apartment are falling apart and need replacing, also the air conditioner is extremely loud in the master bedroom and we kept waking up at night.

Relaxing Weekend

Property was full of on site amenities, very clean and orderly. Clean and great water pressure in the showers. We enjoyed our relaxing time here and our booking agent was very responsive and accommodating of any request to give a peace of mind. Will definitely book again.

A great place to say ahhh

It was very clean, had nice comfortable furniture, it was secure and had comfortable beach towels and chairs. please note we didn’t cook so used only the microwave and refrigerator. We just purchased from the mini-mart and cafe. Then, had dinner out as it was a short stay. Also, we went to the beach only as the weather was good and the water was warm in April. Baires grill is a delicious Argentinian steak house with a couple of seafood and pasta dishes as well.

The beach is a short walk across Collins Avenue - there is some parking, but we didn’t use it so I can’t elaborate. And the pool looked good if you prefer to avoid the walk. 2. the terrace overlooks the pool and to the left a causeway. However, it is quiet and a terrace for two.

it wasn’t cleaned well, hairs still on the floors and both bathrooms had hairs and were unclean. Also all of our towels were still wet. when I stated they were wet the only response would be to wait until the next day to get new ones or dry them ourselves..

Really nice place to stay with lots of room and near the ocean.

The room was very clean and and very large. There were 4 TVs with cable. The beds were very comfortable. The owner provided beach equipment including a wagon and beach chairs. The owner had car seats for children provided. The owner was supper responsive via text before, during and after the stay.

The front office charges $10 a bag to have them hold it for you while waiting for your room to be ready. We got there early due to travel arrangements and assumed it would be complimentary for them to hold it. Its been free for all other places I've ever stayed. This threw a big wrench into the first days plans.

Great place to stay!

The condo was impeccable. Very modern and nicely decorated. The view to the pool was beautiful. Very comfortable beds. Having a full kitchen with pots and pans, and plates, cups, forks knives is such a plus. We really had a great time. I absolutely recommend staying here.

Irene our host was wonderful. Communication was great. The Apartment was located in a beautiful location in what is a massive city! We used the pool which was lovely. The apartment has everything you need and was amazingly clean.

We had to pay a $10 resort fee each (adults only) on check-in (basically a management fee for them administering check-in). A little way to park car as the complex is big. But actually you can walk in using a back entrance and therefore it’s quite close by. You have to drive to restaurants/coffee houses. Nothing is walkable in the summer heat!

Our only complaint was that there weren’t tons of restaurants that were within easy walking distance to get to. But, for the proximity to beach and overall price, it was an excellent value. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was clean. Towels, chairs, etc were available for a beach run.

There was no hot water for 5 days. I had to call the owner. Last communication from her was on Saturday, October 9. She is yet to call to find out how we were coping. We are seeking some kind of refund. The door to the patio would not lock. There is a leak in the second bathroom so when you took a shower the water would accumulate around the toilet bowl. No channels on the TV in the third bedroom.

First South Florida visit

Location was decent and the condo was clean and relatively comfortable.

No wash clothes provided and only four towels provided for four people. We had two bathrooms but midway through our stay one shower faucet wasn’t working correctly.

Sunny Isles Apartment

I loved the location. And the size of the apartment.

I didn't like that we were given only 6 towels for 6 people for 5 days. In other VRBOs and AirB&Bs that I've stayed at there were double or triple the amount of towels and extra bedding as well. With kids you never know when you might need to change sheets. I also didn't like that no cleaning supplies were provided like a kitchen washcloth or a vacuum or full size broom. The floors were covered in sand and the ony way to sweep was a small hand held broom. We bought sanitizing wipes to wipe up the kitchen counters and the tables.

12 dagar på Sunny beach

Lägenheten är stor och rymlig, kanske liten balkong. Nästan tv apparater i alla rum om man nu ville titta på tv. Såg att andra skrev att någon av möblerna/köksinredningen var lite nötta, personligen fungerade allt som det skulle så det var inget problem för oss. Poolen nedanför var ok och inget större problem att få en solstol eller fler. Praktiskt att det fanns en vagn med solstolar som man kunde ta med ner till stranden. Läget var bra. Ca 10 min till stranden beroende på hur snabbt man går. Enkelt att parkera i p-garaget och nära att gå till lägenheten. Nära till shoppingcenter, diverse golfbanor och såklart massor med annat.. Sedan det som man alltid undrar hur får man hjälp om något händer där man bor. Kodlåset slutade att fungera, batterierna tog slut. Ringde och pratade med Irene och hon bytte dom på timme. Så bara positivt 👍

Hissen till poolen delen var mycket trafikerad. Skulle behövts fler hissar. Var lite fasadrenoveringar som pågick men inte på den sidan av huset som balkongen ligger åt. Receptionen: Det var mycket trafik där hela tiden, kan ta ett tag (men de arbetar verkligen och är hjälpsamma och trevliga).

Hygiëne in het appartement liet echt te wensen over. Ook was er wat achterstallig onderhoud.
