Our Stay was FANTASTIC!!

Me and 3 of my Girlfriends came to Miami for the Caribbean Carnival Weekend and needed a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay. The Apartment unit was amazing. We had the space we needed, the comfort we needed and the space was very very Nice!!! I would definitely recommend the unit and the owners to others looking to stay in Miami! I was able to communicate well with the owners and they even checked in on us. The view was AMAZING!! We used the balcony a lot and the location of the parking to the apartment was great!! The closeness of the beach was great as well! We only had to go across the street and the fact that the apartment had chairs and beach umbrellas was phenomenal! We loved it and we had a wonderful time! Thank you. Stephanie White

This was not really an issue but it was something we experienced. Finding the parking lot for the property was a little confusing but the front desk staff gave us a map and that helped with navigating everything.

Looks more luxurious than it really is. Outdated kitchen from the 80’s, linens not fresh, bathtub doesn’t drain properly for how clogged up it was. Just poor Management of the property owner. Asks for top notch prices for a so so unit. Oh and the bbqs are disgusting. Charcoal, who uses charcoal? At this price, a hotel stay would be a better option.

The host and Property Mgr were very gracious and responsive; the Condo was lovely and very clean.

The condo was beautiful and it was clean! It was well equiped with the basic things we would need. The rental fee was within our budget; and we loved the location...it's between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami; it worked out amazingly. We also had complementary beach chairs/umbrella; which we used. It was great!

The alarm on the door was very sensative...it went off and we were not even near the door. But for the majority of our stay, we had no issues whatsoever with it. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Uns hat es im Ocean Reserve sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden wieder dorthin gehen. Die Nähe zum Strand ind die Ausstattung,

Die Lage war toll und in der Unterkunft hatten wir wirklich alles, was wir brauchten. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut.

Eines der beiden Bäder war sehr veraltet und von daher nicht so schön. Da wir zwei Bäder hatten, haben wir einfach das andere zum duschen genutzt. Die Waschtische u. Toilette waren in beiden Bädern gut. Wegen Bauarbeiten konnten wir den Balkon nicht nutzen. Es gab werktags hin und wieder Baustaub von der Tiefgarage her, fie ebenfalls renoviert wird. Diese lag in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Pool. Es hat uns aber nicht so sehr beeinträchtigt, da wir lieber am Strand baden waren.

Séjour à Miami en famille.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très confortable, très spacieux et parfaitement équipé. Tout était conforme à la description, voire mieux ! L’appartement était propre, bien aménagé, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour agréable : cuisine fonctionnelle, literie de qualité, connexion Wi-Fi rapide, et un environnement calme. Proche de la plage. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. L’hôte était également très réactive et attentionné. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement !

Schöner Abschluss mit tollem Ausblick.

Die Wohnung war schön und sehr grosszügig. Der Meerblick war mega, leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes der Balkon infolge Renovation gesperrt. Aber nur schon der Ausblick war toll. Die Ausstattung war perfekt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der dazugehörende Parkplatz war super und ideal erreichbar. Ines und Irene sind tolle Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in ca. 30 Minuten war man mit dem Auto am Ocean Drive und innerhalb von wenigen Minuten hatte es einige Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten. Der Flughafen erreicht man auch in ca. 30 Minuten.

Der Glastisch im Essbereich ist halt Geschmacksache :-). Mit Kindern nicht ganz ideal. Aber das ist auch das einzige, was uns nicht so gefallen hat.

Goede locatie om Miami en omgeving te verkennen

Locatie (die is top), strand dichtbij, goede bedden, parkeerplaats dichtbij. Appartement is compleet uitgerust. Gebruik gemaakt van de fitnessruimte en zwembad. Daarnaast zeer goede communicatie met de eigenaresse en beheerster. Er werd met ons meegedacht. Dat waardeerden we.

Het appartement kan op een aantal plaatsen een update gebruiken (met name badkamers en verfwerk muren en voordeur) en komt daardoor minder luxe over dan op de foto’s. Daarnaast vonden er bouwwerkzaamheden aan de buitenkant plaats. De eigenaresse had ons van tevoren verteld over de bouwwerkzaamheden en dat het balkon niet te gebruiken was. Dat wisten we dus. Wat we niet wisten is dat geen enkel raam open kon en we niet konden luchten. Het appartement rook erg muf en airco maakte veel lawaai. Ook was het telkens erg lang wachten op de lift.

Nous sommes des clients très satisfaits. Séjour exceptionnel à votre Condo. Très grand 5 ½, propre et épuré. Moderne et très éclairé. Deux salles d'eau. Vue sur la mer et sur la magnifique Collins avenue. Piscine et bel aménagement. À 5 minutes de marche de la plage. Toujours quelqu'un pour nous informer et nous guider. Merci pour Tous les suivis, de la réservation jusqu'à la fin du séjour. De l'équipement pour la cuisine, pour la plage, pour les bébés et les enfants. Tout est parfait. Rien ne manque.
