The corridors / hallways are a bit old but I woyld stay there over and over

We really liked the location and the apartment, which was comfortable and practical. The hostess was always very attentive. Everything was excellent. We will return.

Great location with easy access to the beach, plus the convenience of a private garage. The apartment was comfortable, well-furnished, and thoughtfully equipped – everything we needed was already there, including towels, beach buggy, chairs, and an umbrella, so we didn’t have to organize anything ourselves. The view from the window matched the photos, which was a nice surprise. There’s also a small shop downstairs and access to a pool, which added to the overall convenience.

Overall, the apartment would benefit from renovation or at least some refreshing. The bathrooms are not very functional – for example, there is no handheld shower, and there is no proper ventilation, which affects their condition (peeling paint on the ceiling, worn grout). The doors felt sticky and not properly cleaned. At first glance, the apartment seems clean, but in reality the cleaning is quite superficial and lacks attention to detail. The kitchen is equipped, but the quality of the pans is unacceptable. The photos on the listing don’t fully reflect the worn condition of the apartment, especially the bathrooms and hallway.
