The house was everything thing it said it would be. If I owned a house in Pennsylvania, I would want a replica of the house itself. The layout was perfect. There were a few minor issues but Management responded quickly and kept me posted of the ETA of the maintenance person. The only thing my Grandsons were upset with was the fact that they could not go in the hot tub the night prior to leaving so we only got to go in one time but we kept them busy the rest of the time with daily adventures and playing in the front of the house. I’d like to mention that the Management Company did have the hot tub opened the day of our arrival and they DID have a maintenance person come to look at the hot tub the last night but he could not figure out the reason it wasn’t working. It did not ruin our time there. We had a wonderful time. I have been a property manager for 16 years and I must say, they were extremely curious, knowledgeable and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home very much. From booking the property through to checking out was seamless and professional. The home was spotless and well supplied. Our group of 10 had an amazing time! House was clean and stocked well. We had a few minor issues but nothing that ruined the trip. We would definitely book again!!

The stairs in the house were broken when we got there. There was no indication from the owner about their broken stairs, we had to find it by accidentally stepping on them and falling a few times.Other than that it was a fine property
