- The indoor pool will be closed from July 14–31 for maintenance. The outdoor pool will remain open during this time. Please note that the HOA does not provide refunds for amenities passes.
- Per HOA rules, swimming is restricted to designated roped-off beach areas only. Swimming in any other unmonitored lakes, ponds, or waterways is prohibited.

Beautiful Lake View, access to lake right from the backyard. Everything was clean. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway. Pool table could use some new felt and the ping pong table is child size. We made it work. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, great property and super helpful team with AvantStay. Beds were very comfortable, house was overall in good shape. Place could use some reconditioning though. Stove had deep stains, the house had a few drafty areas so weatherstripping probably needs replacing, a few other spots needed a fresh paintjob, and the hottub definitely felt like it needed a cleaning. Our party had a great time though, spacious home, beautiful property and very relaxing. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful house and property! The hot tub worked perfectly, we had a lot of fun using the game, and the house was just we pictured.
