Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights.
Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine.

The property is spacious and easily accomodated our families. We had 11 people for 3 days. There were a ton of activities for our teen boys. It poured for one day of the trip, but it didn’t matter. They thoroughly enjoyed playing pool, air hockey and darts as well as watching movies in the theater room. No one was bored, everyone was entertained. I love that linens and towels were provided and there were plenty for everyone. Additionally, they supplied toilet paper, hand soap and shampoo/conditioner. I've never rented a house where those items were included. We all had a fantastic time. My only suggestion for improvement would be the house could use a new set of pots and pans as the current cookware is pretty worn. I would absolutely rent this property again!

The owners were quick to send instructions on any questions you could have while you were staying in the Poconos including places to go, things to do, where to shop... Very helpful. Our stay started with a emergency problem in the house that the owner fixed immediately which did not delay our fun!! He also went above and beyond to make our stay great!! The downstairs game room was the best we ever stayed at, having every fun activity including karaoke, air hockey, ping pong, pool, theater room, and giant connect four!! I would recommend this property and owner 100%. Thanks David!
