Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, sharing a family meal, or unwinding after a day of hiking, skiing, shopping, or exploring, the outdoor space is designed for making unforgettable memories.

Guests use the hot tub and sauna at their own risk. Please follow all posted safety instructions and use these amenities responsibly. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests should not use the hot tub or sauna while under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may impair judgment. Please limit hot tub and sauna sessions to a safe duration and stay hydrated.

Please replace the hot tub cover after each use to help maintain water temperature and protect the spa. A $150 fee may apply if the hot tub cover is left off overnight or is damaged due to improper use.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, including improper use of the sauna or hot tub, or failure to follow the provided guidelines.

Please verify rates before booking. Hours for amenities and pictures can be found on the Emerald Lakes Website. For guest and property security, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and an exterior camera monitoring the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor spaces.
