Welcome to the lakefront house! This will be the beginning of your relaxing vacation and beautiful memories. You will love this house from the first minute when you walk in and enjoy a great time with family and friends.
The layout of the house:
Main Level:
Open concept kitchen, dining room, living room, and three bedrooms. The living room features a propane fireplace, large Samsung UHD TV with Xbox, and 250 channels HD cable. The black leather sofa set in the living room is so comfortable and believe me when you sit in it, you will love it. The dining table has eight chairs and one high chair. The sliding door in the dining room leads to the outdoor dining set on the deck where you can enjoy the beautiful lake view as you enjoy your delicious food or chat with family and friends.
The master room on this level has two queen beds with a private full bathroom. The Jacuzzi in the bathroom is so great for relaxing. You can also enjoy the serene lake through the window in the master room. The other bedroom has one super comfortable king bed. There is also a bedroom on this level with one super comfortable king bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The shared full bath is just in the hallway with sensory light.
Ground Level:
You can play Billiards with your family and friends in the game room. If you want to enjoy the beautiful lake, you can walk through the sliding door and have fun outside.
There are two bedrooms on this level. One of the bedrooms has one king bed with a super comfortable mattress. The other one called a bunk bedroom has one twin over a twin bunk bed and one twin over a full bunk bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway on this level.
All the mattresses in the house are super comfortable and help you relax from the moment you lay on the bed.
Backyard:
All year round is BBQ season and we know that everyone loves to grill. The multi-burner BBQ grill is placed in the backyard of the house. When you grill your delicious food, you can also enjoy the beautiful lake and the amazing sandy beach. Right next to the grill is the picnic table. After fishing, boating, and other outdoor activities, you must be tired by the end of the day. The hot tub is absolutely the number one choice to rejuvenate yourself and is open all year round. I know people love to bring their well-trained pets with them when they travel. So well-trained pets are welcome; it is $75.00 per pet per stay. The fire pit is absolutely another great spot for family and friends to chat and enjoy the beautiful serene lake!

The location was amazing! And super super convenient that host provided a few kayaks and a row boat. There was enough room everyone! The mattresses were comfortable. The host was very responsive and very helpful! The kitchen has a great setup that overlooks the lake with an outdoor deck that you walk right from the kitchen outside to it where there are chairs and a table.

Fantastic house for our large family reunion - plenty of bedrooms and beds in each room and the kitchen was a great size for cooking at the house. The lake view from the dock and the upper deck was amazing and so relaxing! Very secluded property with no issues with noise or neighbors. 15mins from many shopping, dining and ice cream shops! The large row boat and 2 person kayak were fun for lake swimming and fishing! Then the hot tub for the cool evenings was a perfect way to wind down for the night along with s’mores at the large fire pit! Issac, the owner, was the most responsive host we’ve ever had the pleasure of renting with - Would definitely rent this house again!

The property was definitely spacious enough and has a beautiful view of the lake. We were disappointed that the property photo with a framed out sand area was not in fact what the property had, there was rock runoff coming from the top to about midway down the sand and grass coming into the sand from the sides. It was not at all framed out like the photo. The kitchen was not really stocked enough, but the bathrooms had a ton of products. We had an issue with the a/c which Isaac responded promptly through the chat, only to provide a phone number to deal with his maintenance guy ourselves. The maintenance guy Ryan did fix the problem very quickly which was great. The house itself could use some definite TLC, such as fresh paint from scuffed up walls and the bedrooms could use dressers. The rental price should not be as expensive as it is with some of these necessary upgrades.
