Private yard with hot tub (available year around) and outdoor fire pit. Huge deck with gas and charcoal grills, and out door dining table.

We wrote a list of some repairs that should be made and left it on the counter next to the fridge. Some things are safety hazards. The cleanliness score is due to mold in the bathroom.
