About this house rental
"L'Emeraude 1": New house for 2/4 people located in Fréhel (Pléhérel-Plage) in a quiet area (at the end of a private driveway) 500m from the beach!
The house (90m2) with a modern and neat décor, on one level is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed 160 and tv and 1 with 2 single beds), a large living space with pellet stove, living room, flat screen TV, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, hood, toaster, kettle, coffee makers (senseo and classic), fridge-freezer, a bathroom with shower, sink, storage unit and towel dryer (hair dryer) and a garage where you can leave bikes, strollers, surfboards... The washing machine is also in the garage, iron and ironing board.

Cleaning fee 60€ if no pet, 90€ if there is a pet (if the cleaning is done correctly by you it will not be charged by mutual agreement): to be paid on site
You can enjoy the enclosed outdoor land (about 450m2) with terrace, deckchairs and barbecue!
Possibility to provide you with a cot, baby bath and high chair.
Nearby: Beaches, golf, mini-golf, sailing school, equestrian centre, casino, hiking trails (GR34), Thalasso du Val-André, large aquarium of St-Malo... enough to occupy your days!
For visits The magnificent Cap-Fréhel, Fort La Latte, Les Sables d'Or, Erquy, St-Cast-Le-Guildo, Le Val-André and its Thalasso, St-Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Ploumanach (favorite village of the French 2015) and even Mont St-Michel are nearby!

We had a really nice and constructive contact to the landlord of the holiday home already ahead of our vacations and were warmly welcomed on our arrival. The house was brand new and well equipped. The landscape is amazing. It is located on one of the most beautiful bays on the coast. We can fully recommand this house and the helpful landlord.
