About this apartment rental
This fantastic 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom third-floor condo sleeps up to 8 people and is over 1000 square feet! Don't miss the first chair, ski down to the American Eagle chairlift, or the Green Acres learning area. The well-appointed kitchen features new appliances, a glass cooktop stove, and beautiful granite counters. Serve 4 people at the breakfast bar or up to 6 people at the dining room table. Relax after a long day on the slopes in the living room on the new furniture in front of the roaring gas fireplace, or watch a movie on the 42-inch flat-screen TV. The master bedroom has a Queen Bed, a TV, and a work/study area. The en suite guest bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, a TV, and a private balcony. You must walk through one bedroom to get to the other.
Dog Friendly Max of two dog. $100 fee per dog. There are also 1 Queen Murphy Beds that pull down from the wall in the living room and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Enjoy your morning on the private balcony with stunning views of the towering pine trees, Center Village, and the ski slopes. There is a gas grill on the balcony for your convenience. The second bathroom is off the kitchen.
Copper Mountain Inn is ski-in/ski-out to the American Eagle chairlift, which accesses intermediate terrain. There is also a "magic carpet" surface lift for first-timers and beginners located right next to the American Eagle. There is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that accesses the Green Acres learning area. Green Acres has a "bunny slope" chairlift that is great for kids and beginners. This condo has a great location for all abilities! There is a coin operated laundry facility located on the third floor. Dog Friendly Max of two dog. $100 fee per dog. There is one assigned parking spot in the garage beneath the condo the garage clearance is 6' 10". All overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional charge during the winter, summer is free.

It was a clean and well situated property, though a bit dated and weirdly laid out from combining two condos. Nevertheless, it’s a nice place to stay.

Our unit was 3-star, location and garage parking spot pushed it up one notch. Our two bedroom booking did have two bedrooms but you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. I. Addition the full bath for the first bedroom is located near the front door by the kitchen. It’s basically a series of individual units with Shared doors. It made for a strange (and slightly annoying) stay. The unit has been updated since original construction but the quality of that work left room for improvement. Not my favorite. People were nice and helpful. Expected more from the property for that rate.
