Complex has extensive grounds. Private south facing decks overlooking river and Mt. Royal. Washer and dryer in unit. Two entrances, one on each floor. One car attached garage plus one additional surface parking space. Community grill and picnic table on river. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed.
