It’s just a short drive to six world-class ski resorts, and it the summer, there’s easy access to hiking/biking trails and Dillon Reservoir. There’s plenty of room for you, your family and friends to stretch out and relax. It’s dog-friendly, too. You’re going to love it!
Windflower Retreat is a 4-bedroom plus loft, 4-bathroom home that’s perfect for families or groups of up to 12 — and with two king master suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two families to share. The living area features soaring ceilings and large windows for a bright, airy feel — not to mention great views of Frisco’s iconic Mount Royal. You’ll enjoy lounging by the gas fireplace after a day of mountain adventures – or catching a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Or enjoy a rousing game of foosball in the loft!
The fully equipped kitchen has lots of counter space, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s seating for six at the dining table and room for four more at the counter. Just outside you’ll find a deck with an outdoor dining table and a gas grill – and again, those great mountain views!
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer in the home, and a one-car garage with driveway parking for two additional vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. - Master suite 2: king bed, private bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in shower and 2 sinks, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: queen bed, flat-screen TV, shared pass-through bathroom with shower. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 4: twin-over-full bunk bed, queen futon, TV, shared pass-through bathroom with shower. (sleeps 5)
Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Smoking.
- Bikes are NOT for guest use.
- Pet Fee: $50 per night, per dog. 2 Dogs Max.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
