About this apartment rental
"Chez Tipère" is a 100m2 triplex located in the heart of La Mongie, on the 5th floor with elevator of the Plein Ciel residence. Very bright, it is south-facing, with a breathtaking 180-degree view of the mountain.
Completely refurbished in December 2023, it is fully equipped and tastefully furnished.
Once you arrive, everything is done on foot: access to the Pic du Midi aerial cableway, Col du Tourmalet, bars, restaurants and all shops.
You have 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 160 cm bed, the 3rd with 140 bunk beds, all equipped with memory foam mattresses and pillows. Blackout curtains will allow you to sleep peacefully.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom (with walk-in shower, vanity unit and suspended toilet) as well as a dressing room.
You will find in the 60m2 living space: a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen with a large central island, ideal for conviviality.
On the practical side, there is also a dressing room at the entrance and a ski closet on the first floor.
A concierge service with: reception, inventory of fixtures on arrival, assistance during your stay, inventory of fixtures on departure, cleaning and supply of household linen (bedroom, bathroom and kitchen) in the amount of 268€ is added to the rental price.
