About this house rental
Gorgeous oceanfront estate located at the end of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. You'll enter your private getaway through the iron gate on a beautiful brick privacy wall. Cars can be parked in the covered car port, 2 car garage or the paver courtyard. The ground floor has 2 full bathrooms (great for rinsing off after a day on the beach), a pool bar/kitchen which opens to the pool, Jacuzzi & patio. The property feature a separate cottage with a seating area, kitchenette, bedroom and full bathroom.
Up a level to the main floor, you'll find an expansive chef's kitchen with dual subzero refrigerators, dual wall ovens and a six burner gas range. Outside of the kitchen is a morning room (seats 6) and dining room which can seat 10. The family room, bar and large living rooms have great views of the ocean. A screened porch and brick paver deck are wonderful for dining alfresco or your morning cup of coffee. The main floor has a powder room, a bedroom with a King bed and en suite full bathroom as well as a laundry room.
The 3rd floor has an expansive oceanfront master bedroom with his and hers en suite bath. You can even see the ocean from the dual walk through shower! The Master Suite has a sitting room and deck with breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. There are 2 additional bedrooms with Queen beds and en suite full bathrooms are on this level .
The 4th floor loft is accessible by spiral staircase. The loft is open with 2 Queen beds and a full bathroom with shower. There are 4 window seats overlooking the property on all sides. The loft is drenched in sunlight from the skylights that span the entire length of the room.

Spacious beautiful house right on the beach. Walking distance to Funland and restaurants. Poolwas larger than expected and really nice. Loft area with queen beds was spacious and great for the kids.

Karen was a pleasure to work with. What came as a surprise given the cost of the house, was how tired it is. Amongst other things a kitchen cabinet door was broken off its hinge, 2 out of 3 lights were out over the stove, the dishwasher barely worked, the screening on the porch was so ripped bugs easily joined us for dinner. The TV entertainment system is outdated. Maybe this is all due to our renting at the end of the summer when the wear and tear on the house is at its worst. If location is your sole requirement, this house fits your need.
