Close to beach, great swimming pool meters away and safe because it is a community one.
It helps a lot that each of the four couples may have their own private bathroom.
Both, terrace and grill place offer different areas to share.

Pros: We were are large family so the many bedrooms and separate downstairs area were perfect. The villa is spacious The kitchens were fully kitted out with anything you could possibly want. Loved that the Summer kitchen was on the garden so you felt very tropical when cooking. The community pool area was great and the provision of beach/pool towels saved us bulking out our cases so very appreciated. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We did need taxis to get into town but they were cheap. There was a great acces to the beach directly From Gardent with easy walking distance.

Pros: 10 jours super sympas entre amis, à profiter de l'arrière saison sous des températures adéquates, le soleil étant toujours au rendez-vous. Nous avons découvert une maison tout confort, jouissant de deux chambres et de deux salles de bain et située dans un quartier très calme. L'air conditionné fonctionne très bien et le roof top, garni d'une table et de transats, est un endroit très agréable pour y prendre un bain de soleil ou s'adonner à la lecture à l'ombre d'un petit toit. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine située à proximité immédiate et très peu fréquentée. Quelques grandes surfaces et restaurants proches de l'habitation rendent l'endroit idéal. Que du bonheur !

Pros: Petite maison très agréable ,très propre et
Bien équipée . Endroit calme et reposant avec piscine à proximité ce qui est génial lorsque nous voulions faire une après midi repos au calme . La piscine étant très propre ! Il y a un supermarché situé à 2 min en voiture et des petits restaurants à la fuente .
L endroit est top car il est situé pres des plages ( 5min de temps de trajets en voiture ) et il y en a beaucoup à aller voir !! Point de vue marché pour les amateurs-trices il y en a à proximité dont le plus grand a guardamar ! Superbe. !
Nous étions aussi à 15min de torrevieja (marché nocturne et fête forraine le soir)
Chouette pour aller se promener sur la digue le soir et manger une bonne glace :-)
Nous avons passé de super vacances et nous nous réjouissons déjà de pouvoir y retourner !
