Part of the Abantos Hillsdevelopment, this modern villacompleted in late 2019 is equipped with the latest models and home accessories, offering smart design and exceptional integration with the natural surroundings.

Upon entering through the front door, guests are greeted by the main floor, which includes:
•Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances.
•Dining and Living Room: Open plan, with large south-facing windows that maximize natural light.
•Guest Toiletand Terraces: With spectacular views of the sea and mountains, furnished with armchairs and an outdoor dining area.
The living room is comfortably furnished, featuring a fireplace, SONOS speaker, smart TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and strong WIFI connection. There is also an elevator that takes guests to all floors of the villa. The entire property is equipped with an advanced home automation system, allowing efficient control of lighting, climate, and security systems.
