Villa Bellagio is set on a hilltop only 3 km from Estepona centre and 4km from the beach. It is is located 20km away from Puerto Banus and 30km from Marbella. This privileged position means that the villa is not overlooked and has breathtaking sea views all along the Coast from Gibraltar to Marbella. As soon as you enter the property through the automated gates you are welcomed by a wonderful fountain. There is ample parking in the driveway and you have 1 garage spaces as well.
On entering the property you will be wowed by the views to the sea overlooking the pool and are automatically drawn towards the covered terrace to enjoy these amazing views.
The large pool (15mx6m) has a built-in seating area to enjoy sipping on a glass of Champagne whilst cooling off. You can even see Gibraltar and Africa whilst swimming. Heated pool from May/June & September/October is included in the price.
There is a BBQ area which has a large pergola covering it providing shade for the hot summer days. The dining table is situated over the semi-shaded area so you can enjoy alfresco dining.
Next to the BBQ area is your private Bar which is fully equipped so you can make your own cocktails and play pool. There is also a dart board and gym equipment (treadmill and eliptic bike). The bar has its own bathroom with toilet and a small corner shower. You can ask Alexa to play some chill-out music and enjoy lying on the sun beds located next to the pool whilst drinking your cocktail.
In the same outdoor building there is a Sauna which leads out onto a covered terrace with a hammock.
NEW!!! The villa now has a 6-seater outdoor whirlpool / Jacuzzi with spectacular views over the entire coast to the sea.
At one side of the house you will find several fruit trees (orange, mandarin, pink grapefruit, lemon, lime, figs, pomegranate and olive trees). From there steps lead down onto the 9-hole putting green where you can also practice your chipping skills. Next to the golf area is a private paddle court with amazing views to La Concha mountain and the sea. We provide the necessary equipment to play - just bring your own balls.
The main house has a large, elegant kitchen in the east wing with a 6-ring gas hob, griddle, 2 electric ovens and all the appliances you might need. The coffee machine is a Nespresso, but you also have a Senseo coffee machine or french press. From the kitchen you have access to a storage room and a laundry room which leads out onto the back garden.
On the top floor of the villa you have the master bedroom with a vanity area (put on your make-up whilst seeing the sea in the mirror) and a large en-suite bathroom with a double jacuzzi and walk-in shower. Have a glass of wine on the terrace in the evening and look onto the distant city lights from Gibraltar and Africa to Marbella as well as the boats on the horizon and wake up in the morning looking at miles of glittering sea.
The west wing of the villa has 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and sea and there is seating for 2 in front of each terrace door to enjoy some privacy. There is an additional bedroom with 2 single beds in the east wing. This bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom, but guests can use the guest toilet at night.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
Villa Bellagio is the ideal location for a relaxed holiday with some sporting activity like golf (putting and chipping) and paddle tennis at the property. For gym equipment you will find a treadmill, eliptic bike, yoga mat and free weights.
You can book a Taxi (8-10€ one-way) to spend a day at the beach and enjoy a lovely lunch in one of the several chiringuitos in Estepona.

What can I say, from the moment we pulled into the driveway my jaw dropped and the only words coming out of my mouth was wow. It only got better as we entered the property and were given a tour by Carly. The location is remote but the views from the villa are spectacular. The amenities are first class we particularly enjoyed the coffee machine and having the printer was a bonus. Everything is well organised and in its place. The pool was just gorgeous and I’m glad we paid extra to have the pool heating on. Staying for 6 weeks we encountered a few problems but they were always dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Carly was always available if we needed her and was a superb host. We hope to return next year.

What a beautiful property in such a beautiful location. It is truly stunning. Carly is the best host anyone could hope for, she went above and beyond on some requests we had and also went out of her way to rescue us when we had a puncture in our hire car.
The house has everything you can imagine and even more on top of it. Carly has made a wonderful home and when staying here, it’s clear that it’s cared for.
We had a lovely stay and hope to return soon

Very nice accommodation in the hills of Estepona. The owner is very kind and helpful. Estepona is a 15 min drive from this location. Pool can be heated but against an extra cost. Overall very good.
