Just a lovely place to spend time in

Villa Alkaff is a pretty unique and excellent place to stay for a group or families who are looking for better quality accommodation and an excellent location, with Dequesa port, its beaches and facilities all a short 15 min walk (albeit a bit up hill on the way back). Sotogrande 20 mins drive away. As for the villa itself you wont be disappointed and pictures don't do it justice. Its huge! The furnishing and finishes are first class. The pool and bar area is just an excellent place to relax and the sea views stunning with amazing sun rises over the buildings to the sea. We literally sat on the outside area one morning and watched the sun rise shortly followed by a pod of dolphins playing in the sea! Communication with the management company was excellent and they could not have been more accommodating. Key box entry to the property so no waiting around to get let in (or for the host to leave :-)!. I will confess to being rather picky but its hard to pick holes in the offering here. The bedrooms are well set out, beds very comfortable, bedding and towels excellent, good air conditioning, lovely bathrooms with excellent showers. A lovely lounge seating area with reclining seats and a massive TV with Apple TV, Netflix etc if that is your thing after a long day! I would put this place on the top of my list of places to stay on my next visit.

There isn't really much to not like? It has pretty much everything. Its in a quiet residential area with lots of properties around but it is private and you are not overlooked.

Toll eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Potential und perfekt für Familie und Freunde :)

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Villa in Spanien! Der Kontakt zum Host war von Anfang an super freundlich und unkompliziert – wir haben uns direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus bietet viel Potenzial und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders die Zimmer waren sehr schön, geräumig und sauber. Ideal für Familien oder größere Freundesgruppen – es gibt genug Platz für alle, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Positiv überrascht waren wir auch davon, dass es absolut keinen unangenehmen Geruch gab und wir keinerlei Probleme mit Ameisen oder anderen Insekten hatten – das ist in Spanien nicht selbstverständlich. Da wir zu den ersten Gästen gehörten, war noch alles sehr neu und gepflegt. Man merkt, dass viel Mühe in die Unterkunft gesteckt wurde. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Die Klimaanlage ist einmal kurz ausgefallen - jedoch wurde der Fehler direkt wieder behoben. Die Toilette war zudem einmal verstopft, aber auch hier hat der Host direkt gehandelt und den Fehler behoben.
