'Las Ranas CASASOLA BEACH VILLA' is a superior villa on the beachfront, located in one of the best residential and tourist areas in southern Spain, next to the Real Club de Golf de Guadalmina (Marbella / Estepona, Malaga). The house is located in the private urbanization of Casasola, in Guadalmina Baja. The area has direct access to the beach, golf club and prestigious restaurants. Its proximity to Puerto Banús and Marbella is perfect, but enough to enjoy an exclusive area. Malaga International Airport (AGP) is 45 minutes away. The villa is distributed in 3 areas: house, garden and paddle-tennis court. The house has approximately 2,000 m2 of plot distributed between the entrance, the pool area and a paddle-tennis court, perfect for practicing sports during the day or at night (it has specific lights). The house is surrounded by gardens with an abundance of tropical plants such as jasmine, heliotrope, honeysuckle. The pool has a length of 15m, with an outdoor Jacuzzi. In addition, it has an outdoor lounge and chill-out area in the garden, an outdoor dining room as well as a charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying lunches and dinners outdoors. We have the following distribution: * GROUND FLOOR: 4 bedrooms (all facing the garden) with 4 complete bathrooms, guest toilet, living room, dining room, breakfast area, kitchen, paddle-tennis court and exit to the garden / terrace / pool. * UPPER FLOOR: 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, 2 private closets, access to a terrace with solarium and views of the garden, pool, beach and golf. In total, there are 8 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms (4 of them with bathtub and shower, and 3 with shower only), as well as a guest toilet at the entrance. The house has high-speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the house, as well as indoor parking for up to 3 cars. The heating of the house is underfloor heating. The villa's concierges reside on the property, who will attend to each reservation and any requests to the guests during it. Through the agency, airport / taxi transfers, customer service or catering services are offered to customers who wish.
