Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as advertised. The property was easy to find, all of the access codes worked perfectly, and check-in was completely hassle-free.The space truly felt like home. It was clean, comfortable, thoughtfully organized, and incredibly family-friendly. Traveling with kids can sometimes mean packing everything but the kitchen sink, but this home had us covered. Every cooking accessory and kitchen tool we needed was available, all of the technology worked flawlessly, there were plenty of towels and washcloths, and we were pleasantly surprised to find beach gear available for guests who may not have brought their own.You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into making their guests feel comfortable, and it really shows.If I had one small suggestion, it would be to consider upgrading the main living room TV to a slightly larger size and mounting it on a swivel/tilt bracket to make viewing easier from different seating areas. That’s a minor enhancement and certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise outstanding experience.Bravo to the owners for creating such a welcoming and well-equipped home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway on 30A!

Condo was located on top floor but right outside the elevator, which was convenient when traveling with beach gear. The place was more spacious than I had pictured! Great location! Nice 6 min walk straight down the street to beach access.

The owners have impeccably decorated this magnificent home and have well equipped their guests with everything they would need. Beds are cozy and the kitchen can accommodate any chefs dream. I’m most grateful for this condo’s location on the top floor, as noise can be an issue. The walls are thin, so just pray for a considerate neighbor
