If you prefer a leisurely stroll, then Café 30A is only minutes away and constantly ranked as one of the best restaurants on 30A. Angelina's is also within walking distance for pasta or pizza. Walk to Dough Sea Dough Donuts for morning donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The Big Chill at Prominence, around 3 miles east, is great place to take kids, watch an outdoor movie, listen to music or eat at one of the half a dozen unique eateries.
Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great condo experience. Very clean, ample space, loved the pool, good restaurants nearby.Only downside was that they accidentally gave our room code to another guest who walked into our property the same day (it was ultimately our booking but that was very frustrating). They gave us a wine basket as an apology.

Overall our stay was good. Two things the entrance to the "public " beach is a longer walk than listed. Also, it says this unit fits 7 but with grown kids you can't fit 3 in the bunk rm. So, we put one on the couch. Some of the sheets didn't fit the bedding properly. We enjoyed the home, pool & beach while there.

We had a wonderful time in this property, everything was as listed and perfect. Only feedback I have would be that it would have been nice to know that the beach was not handicap accessible unless you drive to the public portion. Made it a challenge the 1st few times and would benefit some other family to list that beach access is only by stairs. Other the. That everything was perfect!!! Thanks for the great stay!!!

The Unit was OK. There was dried food in the fridge, on the sink and cabinets. There were also little dirty handprints on tv's, cabinets, appliances. I had not wifi or cable all week. The cleaning of the unit was lacking. There were dirty stains on floor, dishes with dried food, washer and dryer were filthy. The unit itself was beautiful was the upkeep and cleaning was very lacking. The employees at Oversee were great. Everytime I called they seemed really concerned. I would rent again but if I arrive to a unit in the same condition I will call to be moved.
