Our family spent a week here before kids went back to school. Condo was clean, well decorated and equipped and was comfortable for our group of 8.

The condo was great. There was some noise from condo above but that is to be expected in that type of building. The only downside was the public beach areas, but that has become a 30A problem. Beach areas have become private and make it hard to enjoy the beach. Overall it was a great property and we will stay again.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of room for a family and nicely decorated. Beautiful and large pool! It is about a 5 minute walk to a nice beach access with a boardwalk. Lovely beach! The 4 taxi bikes were an extra bonus too. We loved this area! It was very close to Seaside and also just a short drive away from the beautiful Rosemary beach area. Such a great location. We highly recommend Seagrove Highlands!

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Condo was very nice - had everything we needed. The pool was very nice. We loved the area, food and activities.We were misled about the distance to the beach. We were told it was about 500 yards. It was a very long walk. I called 3 times checking on the distance explaining we had 5 small children with us, and was told 3 times it was short. The trip to the beach with small children was a major ordeal. Many steps down to the beach prevented us from taking our beach wagon. Once at the beach we were herded down to a very crowded public beach, while a private beach at the bottom of the stairs was empty. Many people on the beach told us the same story about being misled. If we return to 30A, we have learned our lesson and will make sure our condo or house is located a reasonable distance to the beach.
