At 45 minutes drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it will take you less than 2 minutes to reach the town of Saint-François and find all the amenities: shopping area, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fish and spice market.
You will not miss the inevitable Marina of Saint-François, where you can enjoy restaurants with a varied menu, and shop in its many boutiques. The Saint-François International Golf Course, the Casino and the Aerodrome are all located within a 10-minute walk from your apartment.
The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (Raisins Clairs beach, Anse à la Gourde, Anse-Champagne, la Coulée) are only 5 minutes by car from your vacation rental. Good location well equipped good size balcony with view but rooms except for bedrooms very small. Also having the water turned off between 6.00pm and 8.00am was a major problem.

L appartement à dépassé notre attente . Il est parfaitement situé , avec vue sur le jardin et échappée sur la marina .Bien agencé, parfaitement équipé il est en outre meublé avec classe et décoré avec goût . De plus l accueil,l accompagnement et la disponibilité d Éric ont rendu ce séjour excellent.

L'appartement correspond parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce.
Belle vue du balcon, la marina, le parc, la piscine...
Bar, restaurant, boulangerie, glace supermarché, tout peut se faire à pieds autour de l'appartement ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
Super accueil avec Sophie, très sympathique et arrangeante, et de très bon conseil pour nos visites.
Une très bonne adresse !!!

Tout était parfait ! Très bon emplacement ! Appartement très propre et bien équipé ! La piscine est propre et agréable ! Près de la marina, des restos , de l'épicerie, de la boulangerie enfin...... super !!!
