Pleasant and comfortable single storey house, ideal for spending a good holiday in a green park among flowers, fruit trees and hummingbirds.
Located in the heart of Saint-François, close to all shops, the Tourist Office, the market, the beach, department stores, golf, the casino, the marina, the fishing port (ideal for visits to the islands of Désirade, Les Saintes, Marie-Galante, Petite terre, or sea fishing), a few kilometers from the tip of the Castles.
Public transport from Saint-François to get around the Island, there are shuttles to the airport.
House, 85m2 with a covered terrace of 40m2, well decorated, includes a large spacious fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hotplates, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and Nespresso), large worktop , a large living room of 28 m2, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with mosquito net, one with 2 single beds that can be put together, 1 bathroom with cabinet 2 sinks and a bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower and WC, 1 separate WC, a dining area.
Charcoal barbecue and cooler available.
Parking in the park.
A welcome breakfast and a bottle of water in the fridge await you.
The house is autonomous in the event of a water cut (2000 liter buffer water tank).

It has everything you need. Very good outside area. Private and peaceful place, near the centre of Saint François (5 minutes to the Marché de la Rotunde).The beds in the double room are not suitable
for those who are very heavy. We coocked and the kitchen was ok, but there is no magic wand. Plenty of place to sit and relax outside and a large shadded terrace.
