In the heart of St. François, in Marine V—a quiet and secure residence with a pool—our rental is a duplex apartment. On the garden level, you’ll enjoy two terraces where you can take in the tropical greenery.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, an office area, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one on the mezzanine), and two bathrooms, each with its own toilet.
This “cross-ventilated” home is very airy, with direct access to the secure pool reserved exclusively for residents.
With its two bathrooms, it’s ideal for two couples. Wi-Fi available.
The beaches, the local market, shops, the supermarket, restaurants, and the golf course are all nearby, as are the marinas and fishing spots (ferry departures to the islands). Therefore, a car is not required.

We had such a pleasant stay at this charming property in the heart of Saint Francois. Only a few steps from the marina and all its bars and restaurants and even closer to the supermarket and boulangerie. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. WiFi worked very well. We didn’t use the aircon since the weather was cool and breezy so we preferred the fresh air (but be careful - do use the mosquito nets since no screens).
Sabine looked after us very well in Guadeloupe, and Marie-Paule was great at communicating with us before our trip. I can’t recommend a better location in Saint Francois for convenience. Also very quiet considering the central position.

Vous souhaitez vous reposer dans un cadre plaisant, logement très bien équipé, rien ne manque... décoration zen et agréable. Proche de tout commerce, plage, restaurant etc... Bref, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Les photos proposées ne cachent rien, c'est exactement comme ça.
