Your hosts have prepared this property to make it a welcoming home-from-home for skiers and snowboarders as well as groups of friends or a family looking to spend time away together.
Open Floor Plan Living / Kitchen / Dining Area
The views of the balcony and the trees, mountains and skies beyond certainly steal the show in this room. But there’s plenty to enjoy inside too, including comfortable couches, a cozy fireplace and above it, a flat screen television with plenty of channels to choose from to keep you entertained on those occasions you’re not out enjoying all that Winter Park has to offer. There's also a small desk and chair, ideal if anyone has work to do.
The Kitchen
Part of the open plan living space, the kitchen features quality cabinets, countertops and new, stainless steel appliances that will ensure you have all you need to prepare snacks and meals for yourselves, and keep your laundry clean.
The Dining Area
This wooden table with chair and bench seating is ready to host your snacks or sit-down meals. And why not use it for card or board games in the evenings? Games are provided in the living room's coffee table hutch. Either way, be sure to check out another spectacular view through the window.

Both bedrooms are beautifully presented with high quality mattresses and bedding. The master has the bonus of an ensuite bathroom.

Another popular feature is the hot tub which you are all welcome to use, but please don't take any glasses in there and make sure to lock the hot tub after use.

You’ll have full access to all areas of the property including the outside areas and the hot tub for the duration of your stay, however long that is. This is the second holiday week we have stayed at this wonderful, cozy condo. We enjoy coming home to this beautiful spot after our days skiing at WP/Mary Jane. The location is perfect! We also love exploring the path along the creek. We hope to return next year!

The property is centrally located in Winter Park. The mountain shuttle stops very close to the property. Well appointed condo. 3 flights of stairs to the property and they did not shovel or provide a shovel for the landings. When going to the hot tub the stairs were a bit of an issue. Otherwise, this is a recommended property.

We enjoyed our family ski trip to Winter Park, and this condo was absolutely perfect for us! It was cold and snowy on the slopes, but so warm and inviting in the condo. We cooked, relaxed, and played games while enjoying a beautiful view. We hope to return!
