Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Spacious 3-level Townhome with 1-car garage, full Kitchen and private lower level hot tub. Great location with dedicated ski bus service to WP. Lots of stairs every day provides for extra workout for all! No community sidewalks - best to drive to town for pedestrian interaction. Significant management markup by Winter Park Escapes.

We had a wonderful family trip to Winter Park, and this townhome was the perfect place to stay! It provided plenty of space for six adults to gather together while also allowing for privacy when needed. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed for cooking, including an Instant Pot and a griddle—perfect for easy meals after a long day. The private hot tub was a much-appreciated luxury, offering the perfect way to relax after hitting the slopes. The location was also ideal, close to everything Winter Park has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely return!
