Renting was easy, place was nice, issues full bathroom in master bedroom, central air didn't keep common area cool and family felt camera in common area said to be facing door was invasion of privacy. View of mountains from balcony was great, host was very helpful with any of our needs. Despite the few issues my family has I could see myself staying at this location again.

HVAC was horrible, did not cool adequately and was very loud, difficult to sleep. Although cleanliness was not a big problem, we did cleaning to make the stay more comfortable. The commode in the laundry was fit for a child. Towels were torn and worn. Shower could have been cleaner. Balcony was large with great view of Pikes Peak, but cluttered and table was filthy with no cushions on chairs for table. Grille was filthy.
