Welcome to Ormond-by-the-Sea, a tranquil and uncrowded surf town where relaxation and adventure await! Our quiet stretch of beach has been beautifully restored, with a new raised walkway providing easy access to the sand. Autumn and Winter are the perfect time to experience this serene escape!

**Outdoor Fun:** The outdoor pool is open year-round, and we've equipped you with beach chairs, a beach cart, igloo cooler, and pool toys so you can travel light. Just pack your swimsuit and sunscreen, and you're all set!
**Cozy Indoors:** After a day of sun and surf, relax on the couch and enjoy the brand new 55" 4K Amazon Fire TV with basic cable and access to your favorite streaming services. Stay connected with our strong Wi-Fi or unplug with a variety of board games, books, and magazines.
**Restful Nights:** Our two inviting bedrooms each feature a plush queen bed, closet, and dresser. One has a window with a beautiful partial beach view, a 50" Fire TV, and a desk with chair, while the other overlooks the pool. Pillows, linens, and blankets are provided for a restful night's sleep. Room-darkening curtains filter out light, night or day.
**Fully Equipped Kitchen:** Prepare your meals with ease in our fully equipped kitchen. You'll find full-sized appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) and a wide selection of cookware. We also provide a variety of small appliances, including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, countertop
icemaker, and blender.
**Full-Sized Bathroom:** The bathroom has a shower-tub combination and a 1600-watt hair dryer for your convenience. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for convenience One set of Towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.

**Parking Note:** We have 1 marked and dedicated parking spot next to the building stairway. To ensure everyone has enough space, we can allow only 2 vehicles per reservation, but parking is NOT allowed for motorcycles, trailers, or commercial trucks.
**Our building is only 2 stories high so we have no elevator, and there are 2 staircases to get to our unit
**Beach access will require crossing 1 street and walking down beach access stairs.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets, motorcycles or trailers on the property.

Christine was great helping us get settled in with plenty of information available about the area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there’s plenty of beach supplies. Thanks for relaxing and enjoyable stay. We’ll be back

The beach view was a bit obstructed but the pool made up for it. Weather was a bit chilly but most days were sunny. The condo was well equipped but needed additional cooking dishes for the microwave. Overall a very positive stay.

The place was nice but we had a few issues that just were a bit unacceptable. 1. I was made to pay damage insurance (never been required to do that before) and then there were signs all over with warnings like 50 if sand is left on chairs, 20/towel if you get makeup on them, etc. 2. The air was set to 72 and could not be changed. My son couldn’t sleep because he was drenched in sweat. There were fans in the rooms but they just circulated the warm air. I reached out to the host and was told that we could not go below 72 because the air conditioner would freeze. 3. One night we got a message that there was a mandatory kitchen inspection the next morning. The man who came in was super nice but asked if we had noticed anything wet. We mentioned that there was a musty mildew smell and he said that was because there was a leak under the sink and that we needed to dump the bucket of water (that was currently full) regularly. The last thing that did not sit well was that I just opened my messages after several days back and had a message that read “why did you leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we specifically told you not to?…” and had pictures of the dishes. First of all, I apologized for that because we thought we ran it. All of the other things on the list had been done and I thought this was an aggressive way to handle that.
