This condo is very nice & the owners are the very best to work with. Questions before the trip were answered quickly. After we arrived everything was just as advertised. The view is spectacular and the amenities very nice. Wonderful kitchen with what looks like new appliances. But the thing I want the most to convey is the convenience of the condo. I am relegated to a cane for assistance and the condo was perfect for anyone with mobility issues. The parking spot alloted for #403 is as close as you can get to the elevator. When you step off the elevator #403 is the first condo you come to. The trash chute is practically right outside the door. I was so pleased to have all (what I call) these amenities in one spectacular location. Wish we could have stayed longer. We fell in love with this condo its a hidden gem in a very convenient yet out of the way location.

We have stayed at the condo previously. The location is perfect for visiting our family in the area. The beach is fantastic, the views are great, its quiet, the other inhabitants are friendly, and the interior is nicely arranged with good quality furniture. However this year things were a bit off.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for several adults to sleep and relax comfortably. We loved the extra, unexpected amenities such as beach chairs and umbrella, towels, and small kitchen appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook entire meals, and we also found several delicious local restaurants. The balcony provided beautiful views of the ocean, and we particularly enjoyed the serenity of the beach. We stayed here in late April and despite perfect warm weather, we had the beach entirely to ourselves. Highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing Florida beach vacation!

While not particularly spacious, we found the condo to be very comfortable for the two of us for the week and even for the four days when there were four of us. We have stayed in this area before and would definitely consider staying in this condo again. Wonderful view of the beach, excellent kitchen, comfortable beds. In addition to the amenities described in the property listing, there were some unexpectedly nice features, including the doorway from the second bedroom into the main bathroom, allowing both bedrooms the privacy of an en suite bathroom. Also ample hooks convenient for hanging wet bathing suits and towels. We certainly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, as well as the very clear notebook of instructions. The building, grounds and pool were excellently maintained and the permanent residents were very friendly. Hopefully the public stairway over the dunes directly across from the building is repaired soon (it was destroyed in last fall’s hurricane), as some people might not be able to make the climb over the dunes.
