Welcome to Ormond-by-the-Sea, a tranquil and uncrowded surf town where relaxation and adventure await! Our quiet stretch of beach has been beautifully restored, with a new raised walkway providing easy access to the sand. Autumn and Winter are the perfect time to experience this serene escape!
PLEASE NOTE FOR BIKETOBERFEST AND BIKE WEEK: our complex does NOT allow motorcycles or trailers to park on property.

Step into our smoke-free and pet-free home, designed for your ultimate comfort. You'll be just steps from the beach and have a million-dollar view of the ocean. Whether you're a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family seeking a fun-filled vacation, our place is the perfect retreat.
Nights here are quiet and dark, offering an incredible opportunity for stargazing. See if you can spot the Big Dipper in the northern sky! Our complex is also **snowbird-friendly**, making it a wonderful seasonal escape for those seeking warmer weather.

**Outdoor Fun:** The outdoor pool is open year-round, and we've equipped you with beach chairs, a beach cart, igloo cooler, and pool toys so you can travel light. Just pack your swimsuit and sunscreen, and you're all set!
**Cozy Indoors:** After a day of sun and surf, relax on the couch and enjoy the brand new 55" 4K Amazon Fire TV with basic cable and access to your favorite streaming services. Stay connected with our strong Wi-Fi or unplug with a variety of board games, books, and magazines.
**Restful Nights:** Our two inviting bedrooms each feature a plush queen bed, closet, and dresser. One has a window with a beautiful partial beach view, a 50" Fire TV, and a desk with chair, while the other overlooks the pool. Pillows, linens, and blankets are provided for a restful night's sleep. Room-darkening curtains filter out light, night or day.
**Fully Equipped Kitchen:** Prepare your meals with ease in our fully equipped kitchen. You'll find full-sized appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) and a wide selection of cookware. We also provide a variety of small appliances, including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, countertop
icemaker, and blender.
**Full-Sized Bathroom:** The bathroom has a shower-tub combination and a 1600-watt hair dryer for your convenience. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for convenience One set of Towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.

**Parking Note:** We have 1 marked and dedicated parking spot next to the building stairway. To ensure everyone has enough space, we can allow only 2 vehicles per reservation, but parking is NOT allowed for motorcycles, trailers, or commercial trucks.
**Our building is only 2 stories high so we have no elevator, and there are 2 staircases to get to our unit
**Beach access will require crossing 1 street and walking down beach access stairs.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets, motorcycles or trailers on the property.

This unit is very nice and was extremely clean! The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home. There were 4 new beach chairs, 4 big beach towels, a countertop ice maker, and Britta water pitcher, which I consider extras. There was also a motorized recliner that was placed so you could see the ocean. The courtyard had tables and chairs where you could eat or just hangout. It’s about a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Clean cute place, directly across the street from the beach. The host was easily accessible for questions and very friendly. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

was not as advertised was not oceanfront was put on side view was across street we thought it was on Ocean
too many rules could not relax because you might be breaking rules just not a good week there !
