Modern 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Beach front condo in beautiful Ormond Beach. Private connected garage, partial beach / pool view in a friendly condominium community. Minutes from golf, fishing, great restaurants, nightlife and family entertainment. Condo has private beach with public beaches 5 minute drive away
We’ve been coming to Mariners Bay for over 30 years and our family has owned three different units over that time.
We love the set up of the townhouse with attached garage and bedroom balcony. The location is great for being close to fun activities but with a laid back pool and beach scene, and the condo community is great. The condo association does a great job keeping the grounds. We hope our guests come to love the place as much as we do.
Ormond By-The-Sea is a laid back beach community conveniently located minutes from charming, artsy Flagler Beach and Ormond Beach downtowns and exciting tourist mecca Daytona Beach.
Daytrips to historic St Augustine (approx. 50 minutes), artist enclave New Smyrna Beach (approx. 30 mins), Jacksonville Zoo (approx. 75 mins) and Disney World (approx. 90 mins).

Very nice location, with short walk across the road to the beach. I walked on the beach every day.

We found this property very comfortable, clean, and convenient to shop, dine out, walk the beach and kick back in general. The property posting is very accurate. The community is welcoming and helpful. I particularly enjoyed taking the bicycle along the inland waterway, just down the street for a morning 8 mile spin. We vacationed in Jan-Feb and found the weather mild, sunny, and suitable for any outdoor activities. We took side trips to St Augustine and Titusville. One night I stayed up to watch a Falcon 9 launch from the space coast which was announced at SpaceCoastLaunches.com. If there is a negative, my ATT&T cell would not work inside but my wife's Vonage did work fine. The internet service was fast and reliable as was the cable TV service.
