You'll ski, snowboard, hike, and mountain bike to your heart's content at this five-bedroom EagleRidge townhome, a spacious, multi-level escape that sits within easy walking distance of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. This home is full of comfort and small conveniences, from the gas fireplace encased in stone to the private washer/dryer and the top-floor office to make your stay all the easier. Spend summer afternoons grilling outside on the deck, winter evenings watching movies and playing board games around the coffee table in the living room, and most of the year enjoying a host of community amenities, including a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a gym, a steam room, and massage services. At night, choose from one of the five comfortable bedrooms for a restful night's sleep - two bedrooms with a king-size bed apiece, a third with a queen bed, a fourth with two sets of twin-size bunk beds, and a fifth with a twin day bed.

In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. The home was perfect for our large family 6 adults and 4 children. The home was very clean and had all items needed for a great family vacation. The pool hot tub and gym were a great addition and used by our family. Also the location of the home was perfect. Close to the mountain and an easy drive to town.

We had a wonder time at this townhome. It is large and spacious with comfortable beds. Had everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day. The house was very clean and well taken care of. I am a germ-a-phobe and this home exceeded my expectations, I would definitely recommend it.

The place is very big and has a good layout. However, it looks tired and outdated. Could definitely use some newer furniture in the living room and some new pots and pans and baking sheets in the kitchen. Also, there were a few things broken or not working. Overall, we had a good stay, but I feel like the property needs a good look over.
