A spacious home with phenomenal views situated in the heart of the world-famous Tree Haus neighborhood of Steamboat Springs. It overlooks the stunning Yampa Valley and ski resort below. The home has huge wrap-around deck with a hot-tub shaded by towering aspens and a direct view of the ski area and valley below. A natural wood burning fire warms your toes and takes you back to your best fireside memories.
There is plenty of comfortable seating and a griddle on the deck for family cooking and a gorgeous fire pit for entertaining and staying warm at night, especially through the holiday season. A luxurious master suite has a King sized bed and the best view from a personal balcony in addition to a huge bathtub and walk-in closet. The home has a second Master bedroom (Cowboy Room) with a King Bed, Large TV, but a simpler bathroom than the Master Bedroom. A third bedroom upstairs has incredible views through it's large southern windows overlooking the aspens with a queen bed and large TV. The basement has an entertainment area, a large remodeled bathroom with heated tile floors, a stand-up shower and a single bedroom containing a full-size Murphy bed and bunk beds to sleep even more. There is also a unique pull-out queen Murphy bed in the basement allowing the home to comfortably sleep up to ten adults and two kids.
A SMART HOME
We live nearby in Denver and purchased this home to someday retire in our own champagne powder heaven. We have been remodeling it just about every weekend it's not rented out so you may find new features and additions not seen in the pictures when you arrive. I'm not only a carpenter, plumber and electrician but I also make my living in technology, so the home is fully automated with voice enabled AI for security, music, lights, and heat.
Just ask Siri... she's the home's voice assisted concierge. You can play music, dim the lights, set the alarm, ask for directions, get the weather forecast... just about anything by asking "Hey Siri". (It used to be Alexa, but she quiet-quit and had to be let go)
SECURITY DISCLAIMER
There are security cameras on the property that monitor the outside and garage. Because we live a few hours away in Denver we like to be able to monitor the home for snow, security, deliveries, visitors and anomalous events like hungry bears. We use a Ring security system that can alert police and the fire department. They are there to protect your family and our property. We have no time or care to monitor your personal activities unless we have to review posthumously in the case of property damage or accidents. If you have any concerns over this, please do not rent our vacation home.

This is our second time staying with a group of friends. The house is perfectly located and has everything you could need. It is super comfy and has all the perfect hangout spots - hot tub, fire pit, comfy couch. Host was easy to work with and instructions were clear. Highly recommend!

Our stay was above and beyond! This home has everything you could possibly need or want during your trip and is perfectly spacious for a larger group. The bathrooms are well stocked with towels, extra towels also provided for hot tub use. The kitchen is equipped with any gadget you could need. Less than a 10 min drive to town center and mountain. We loved our stay here and would recommend to any group looking to enjoy Steamboat!
