About this house rental
** Due to Covid/flu season in the winter we are requesting 48 hours between guests reservations.

Perched on a ridge above old town with incredible views of Steamboat Ski Area and Sleeping Giant. Miles of single track trails on Howelsen Hill, start just 100 feet from this property, open summer and winter with endless options, while ski trails from Howelsen Hill ski area are adjacent too. Walk/ride to restaurants, bars, galleries, and entertainment for the whole family from this wonderful property. You'll enjoy all the views from either of the 2 decks or large garden patio.
Sleeping Arrangements: Entry level has a lovely entry with plenty of storage space and ski boot drying available. There is a den & a King bedroom suite with an efficiency kitchen and a full bathroom.
Main level (2nd level) has master with king bed and a private master bathroom as well as single bedroom with twin bed and a full bath for the single bedroom and guests in the loft level.
The upper loft is open and above the kitchen and living room area. The loft has a queen bed and two twin beds.
An Upstairs (3rd level) has two bedrooms - one King room and the other bedroom has a set of twin beds. They both share a full bathroom with a shower (no tub).
Amenities: Fully equipped - lovely kitchen
- Private Hot Tub
- Second Living and sleeping area on entry level
- Two car garage
- BBQ Summer months only
- Large backyard beautifully landscaped with lots of seating/lounging summer only
- Viewing decks off the east & west side of the home
- High end appliances and cookware
- Best views in Steamboat Springs!!
*Please remember (if you did not know) we have two Geo thermal Sulfur hot springs located at the base of the hillside near the home. At times you may smell an unfamiliar scent of sulfur....don't be alarmed. It is not harmful, we residents who live here don't even smell it anymore.

***** Please note there must be a 24 hour rest time period at the home between guests and you must sign a waiver prior to your arrival.
* We have a lovely home and feel free to give us a call for any questions you may have. Holiday Reservations we would like a 10 night minimum. Thanks Candice 970.846.1642

Great location to get around Steamboat. Plenty of room. Great toys our young grandchildren. Excellent communication with property management.

This house has great views and was large enough for our family to spread out. Very nicely decorated which my family loved. Some maintenance issues. Nice hiking/biking trail just a few yards away. Steamboat is a great place to visit with lots to do with very friendly people.
