About this house rental
A beautiful property just up the road from Jasper on the Walker county side of Smith lake. This is a brand new remodel with all new everything. Located at the end of the paved road with a quiet neighborhood and lake access. There is a boat launch and a boat dock to tie your boat to while you stay. There is a fire pit and chairs outside and inside is furnished with EVERYTHING, just bring your clothes and food. Deer roam thru the yard on occasion. Located just 5 minutes by road and 10 minutes by water to the dam. We also have a pontoon boat available to rent for an additional daily charge.
Amenities at 299 is 5 minutes from dam, with boat launch and tritoon boat for rent.

By far the best home away from home, Mr. Thomas was great with communicating and the kids had an absolute blast with all the extra activities here including the board games was a hit!

The unit had all the necessities. My wife enjoys cooking and her Kitchen needs were well meet. Lovely pontoon that we Rented, The lake very pleasant and access was acceptable. We would rent there again.

This sweet, super clean home was in a great location, with a well equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. We used the boat ramp and boat dock for our boat. My only dislike was the glade plug-ins, as I am super sensitive to smells- so I just unplugged them while we were there. Overall, it was a fantastic home!! Very sweet owners, as well.

This is our second stay at this property. We love the cleanliness, the nice dock and all of the water amenities. We will definitely return next summer.
