Located in Nice, SILVER CORNICHE is a beautiful seasonal rental villa of 180 square metres with sea and hill views, in a peaceful setting. It has a swimming pool, a large terrace with dining area and wood-fired barbecue. It is equipped to accommodate 6 people.

A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the basement. It is fully air-conditioned.
A 15 minutes' drive from Nice city centre, 4 km from the beaches and 1 km from the shops.
NB: The villa is located in the heights of Nice, a car is strongly recommended.

Beautiful ocean view from the dinner table. Pool was just steps away too so we just had to go for a splash a few times a day! The kids adored it too!!!
