Welcome to our charming lake house! Outside, you’ll be greeted by the perfect blend of rustic elegance and the loveliest lake views. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee or enjoying a crackling fire at night, our screened-in patio offers a perfect place of peace. Adjacent to the patio, there’s an uncovered gathering space - complete with a fire pit, and perfect for roasting marshmallows and making memories with loved ones. Take some time to relax in our breezeway rocking chairs and catch a beautiful sunset while reflecting on life’s sweet, still moments.
Fishing enthusiasts can cast their lines in the water right from our property. Take our kayaks out for a fun adventure on the lake. Challenge your family and friends to a game of basketball on our small court, or have some friendly competitions with spike ball, corn hole, and ping-pong.
Inside, our home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each room is tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable space to rest and rejuvenate after a day of lakeside fun. Our living area is cozy, complete with a fireplace for those moments when you want to curl up with a good book or dive into deep conversations. Our fully-equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, making meal preparation effortless.
For some good old-fashioned family fun, gather around the table for a family game night. From classic favorites to modern strategy games, there's something for everyone in our collection. Pop some popcorn and make it a night to remember! Then, retreat and unwind in our tranquil bedrooms.
Additionally, there are plenty of nearby attractions to explore. Rock Creek Boat Ramp is just minutes from our house, making it convenient for you to put your boat in the water and enjoy a day on the lake. The three nearby marinas also offer boat rentals and a delightful dining experience right on the lake. Tims Ford State Park is a mere 15 minutes away. There, you can set out on scenic hiking trails, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Bear Trace at Tims Ford is a Jack Nicholas designed golf course situated on a peninsula surrounded by the lake. And downtown Winchester will welcome you with its adorable shops and small-town restaurants. Finally, for a taste of Tennessee history, the famous Jack Daniel's Distillery is less than a 30-minute drive. Enjoy informative tours and samplings.

Wonderful home and the host had a nice basket of snacks and some drinks ready for us. Home is newer with a well stocked kitchen (appliances and pots/pans etc) and a nice back porch and yard. There isn't a dock on the lake but we were able to get the kayaks (included in the homes toy garage) down into the water well enough and that part of the lake is pretty quiet and calm. Would like to visit again for more than just 2 nights next time. Great experience.

I booked this beautiful home to have a place to bring family and friends together for my Mother’s memorial service. Leslie went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. From the moment that I reached out to Leslie about her and her husband’s home after finding out our original house booking was a scam, she and her husband were simply amazing! From asking us about our family, to finding out what treats we enjoy, to making sure all my questions were answered. We were greeted by Leslie and her husband when we showed up slightly early and they took the time to come over and welcome us, and to letting us know the washing machine had an error code and sent a video promptly on how to easily bypass it. When we walked in to their beautiful home we were greeted with a welcome sign, to our favorite treats and a gift basket. How amazing is that?! The house was fully stocked with everything you need and the cleanest home I have ever rented. The property on the lake was beautiful! We had the best vacation and it truly was a “Lakeside Perfection” I highly highly recommend this house! Thank you a million times over Leslie and Josh! You two are amazing owners!
