Sitting right on the water, this cozy home offers a dock with a slip, two paddleboards, two kayaks, and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Dine outdoors by the lake, gather around the fire pit table, or enjoy the kid`s game room with foosball and an arcade. With its vintage charm and unbeatable location, this is the perfect getaway for families and friends looking for lakefront fun!
Enjoy 3 king beds, 2 full bunks, & a pullout sofa in the sunroom. The 2 bedrooms with king beds have large windows with water views. The back deck is a great place for hanging out with family and friends and taking in the peaceful views. Sit around the firepit table or relax in the hot tub while looking at the stars.
Enjoy the dock with slip, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, & lilypad. You can also bring your jet skis and store in the jet ski slips.
The home has year around water, but note in the winter time due to lower lake levels the gangway will become steep so caution will need to be used November-Mid-March
The home is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood and neighbors are nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing by the lake. The location was great, the views were amazing, and everything was exactly as described. We had such a good experience that we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great lake getaway.

We had everything we needed and more. The layout of the home was wonderful. The backside of the house was all windows overlooking the river with a huge back deck! We spent our entire time there outside. It was perfect for our family!

What a great house! Stayed here with 15 ladies with plenty of room. Moved the mattresses off the top bunks to the sun room. The hot tub was outstanding with the view. Ladies said it was the best house we have stayed in on our annual hiking trip. We are ready to come back next year!

This house is amazing - the room set-up works well for a large group. Plenty of space to relax and unwind and very quiet. The view of Tim's Ford Lake is amazing - sunsets are beautiful! And downtown Winchester is super close; our favorite restaurant is Filo's Tavern.We had to call for maintenance and Rob showed up within 30 mins. Customer service is amazing. Overall one of the best rental properties I have stayed at.
