On the Water w/ Private Dock, Entire Home, sleeps up to 14

WONDERFUL STAY! This is 10/10 ! Spotless. Wonderful floor plan! Huge island and open floor plan in the kitchen area - perfect for gathering. Large TV in main area where we watched the world cup finals (each bedroom also has TV). Gaming room downstairs with large TV was a big hit! This was especially handy for family staying downstairs. Large washer/dryer. VERY well stocked kitchen - never had a crock pot in a VRBO until now. Coffee pot has a Keurig also. Excellent grilling accessories and all the pots/pans/plates/glasses etc you need. They even supplied dishwasher pods and liquid soap for all sinks. Screened in porch would be ideal for spring and fall. Kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful - I recently remodeled our home - wish I had visited this first and it would have given me better redecorating ideas than what I did! Close to Twin Forks Marina which has a nice restaurant (much better than most marinas). Walkway down to dock was easily handled - there is a sloping area leading down to the steps. Very quiet cove which makes it easy to swim around dock. We rented a boat from Lake Life Excursions which was delivered to our dock. Nice fire pit area. Very responsive host. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we will stay at Heart House every time we come to Tim's Ford Lake.

Very positive experience. Multiple bedrooms. Beds comfortable. Kitchen large and very usable. A wonderful dock. We fished from the dock as well as brought our rented boat to the dock. We would utilize again.

We had a great stay. The property suited our needs perfectly, and Chris was a great host.
